Material Change Functionality Broken for Patio Canopy and Modern Floating Vanity

Steps to Reproduce

1. Place the Modern Floating Vanity or Patio Canpy
2. Use the paint tool on these items
3. Patio Canopy (1st Swatch) and Modern Floating Vanity (4th Swatch - Removed)

Explanation

Two items updated in the Elder Age Morph update either lost the ability for the material to be changed or can no longer be painted or have it's material changed at all.

Patio Canopy
The canopy's material was able to be change in previous versions. Now the canopy is stuck as one material. This ruins builds where players changed the material to match a specific style. EX: A patio canopy using the Classic Trellis material will now be the Plastic material.

Modern Floating Vanity
The drawer handle use to be in it's own group in previous versions, allowing for material and color to be changed. The updated version removed the handle from the group entirely. EX. A modern floating vanity with the drawer handle painted black with the Corroded Metal material will now be grey with the Metal material.
