Steps to Reproduce

1. Simply using the transform tool
2. The issue occurs most on basic shapes

Explanation

Items would change in movement and size with little to no modification to said item. This disrupts building work flow as it’s a reoccurring issue. I’ve attached a video showing both my hand movements and the game itself to help support my report.
