Steps to Reproduce

1. Try to make balloon figures
2. Observe if it leaves you immobile and you have to jump
3. Use the balloon inflating machine
4. Pass a balloon to your friend and observe if it kills him

Explanation

There is a problem with the balloons and their machines, the balloon inflating device: when I make a balloon nothing happens to me, but when I give it to my friend it automatically takes it and dies, the kit to make balloon figures does not give me the promised item for the requested amount of money, I hope you can repair it soon please
