Inability to Adjust Size of Items Blocking 'Dots' in Build Mode

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to build mode
2. Click on, for example, a carpet and put one side maybe underneath a bathtub so one side where you will pull the thing to change the size is underneath and covered by an item
3. Click on the sizing tool and the carpet
4. Notice that you can’t even see the dot thing you have to pull on

Explanation

I don’t know if it’s supposed to be like this but I don’t see why it would, when I fix the size on an item, I have to do it in an open space because otherwise I won’t be able to pull one of the ”dots” because the become hidden in the items in the room if you understand what I mean.
