Steps to Reproduce

1. Go into build mode
2. Try to copy a plant you have on plot already or place a new one down
3. The icon placement failed pops up

Explanation

I cannot place any plants at all when im building. I have quite a lot of plants already, although i want more. Whenever I try to place one, it says placement failed.
