Steps to Reproduce

1. Fix NPC student bug
2. Job action is blocked due to NPC student bug
3. Issue worsens with three NPCs jumping on the desk

Explanation

I was doing teaching Job and when NPC student jump on desk i go up to them to make them stop and they wouldn't sit back down there a bug with npc students, and I had ended my shift i was just report the bug happen around 4:50 pacific time playing the game
