Steps to Reproduce

1. I don't know the reproduction steps.
2. I don't even know when this issue started.
3. I just found out earlier that I couldn't place anything at all.

Explanation

I can't place ANYTHING on the 2nd floors and above. I tried to put on stairs, decorations, pillars, and even my inventory items, but none of them can be placed. The "Can't place here!" message keeps popping up. I tried rejoining and changing plots, but the issue still persists. I'm not out of plot data either. I also tried this on ny other plots, and still the same issue. Please help me fix this bug.
