Steps to Reproduce

1. When you turn quick placement on in settings, the + option should not be appearing at all with items.
2. If the + option stays like that even when you leave, it might help some people who never want it on.

Explanation

Quick placement toggle not disabling + option in build mode

So the + option for placing i went in settings and turned quick placement on so it wouldnt be there. But when i copy and paste it or move certain items the + option repears when i move certain things. Its just that its iinterupting my smooth building gameplay on mobile and making it take longer. Im pretty sure others are dealing with it aswell. But it doesnt show the option for everything just certain items.
