Transform Tool Glitch: Structural Items Break and Spread Out

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use one cube resized with small square beams stacked as one to move it all together
2. Use the transform tool on the stacked items
3. Observe the glitch happening during the process

Explanation

I'm not even sure how to describe what just happened, I was trying to build a curved railing with structural items due to there being no curved basic shapes to make the job simpler, I was specifically using the square beam resized, and while using the transform tool on it to turn and properly line the items up it had basically just broke? I took a couple videos though I'm unsure of where to submit those, the tool sort of folded in on itself? The square beams I used had also spread out during this and turned flat?
