Steps to Reproduce

1. Maximise the toolbar so you can see all 6 quick-equip slots
2. Hover your mouse over them
3. Observe if they disappear or go really small if you have something in a slot

Explanation

The UI for backpack items that you can quick-equip from the toolbar at the bottom of the screen either disappear or minimise if you hover or click them.
