Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to town hall.
2. Go to court room.
3. Sit in judges chair.
4. Use the computer (you can use anything, write book play games etc.)

Explanation

Floating character when using the computer in the court room in the new town hall. If you sit in the judges chair in the courtroom and then use the computer, your character starts floating and doing the falling animation.
