Steps to Reproduce

1. Click on transform or scale tool
2. Click on object that you want to edit
3. Nothing happens in transform
4. Scale lets you edit some items, some then green some don't. Click on various items to see.

Explanation

Transform tool not working and scale tool only works on select items.
