Steps to Reproduce

1. Find a nearby E-Scooter
2. Accelerate forward, turn sideways and notice that the frontal red block isn’t anchored, turning left and right instead of staying idle

Explanation

Public E-Scooters have a block that isn’t anchored to the vehicle
