Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the Bloxburg support server
2. Create a support ticket
3. Try to submit another ticket
4. The system says I reached the 24-hour limit

Explanation

Hello. I believe there may be an issue with the ban appeal system. I am trying to contact support regarding my ban, but I am unable to submit a new ticket. Could you please review this issue? My Roblox username is Zorrilla456. Thank you.
