Explanation

Hello!
I reached Level 10 in the Fast Food Worker (Blox Burgers) job, and the game shows that I claimed the rewards. However, I did not receive any of the Level 10 rewards.
I did not receive:
$21,000
350 Blockbux
Blox Burgers Employee Trophy
The rewards are marked as claimed, but the trophy is not in my inventory, and I never received the money or the Blockbux.
I have attached screenshots showing that I reached Level 10, the rewards that should have been given, and my inventory.
