Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to build mode mobile
2. Resize or transform an item
3. Observe that the bar at the bottom won't stay frozen and overlaps with another bar

Explanation

The bug I have encountered is anytime I use the resize or transform tool the little bar that shows the cost will not disappear after I stop using any of the tools in mobile
