Steps to Reproduce

1. Go into build mode on any property, yours or a friend’s
2. Try to place down a new or clone an existing structural item (don’t place it)
3. Quit placing any items
4. The structural will remain

Explanation

Structural items; will have a ghost clone when used and cannot be deleted, painted, etc - disappears when rejoining the game
