Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the Bloxburg Pier on Mobile.

Explanation

On mobile, the areas where the decor on the pier is supposed to show up, it appears to work as a functional parking lot spot. I don’t know if this was intentional but it does avoid the tow timer.
