I have bought items for my outfits and they never load so now I have some outfits to wear and the rest have my outfits with accessories and hair have disappeared please fix this.

Hair and accessories don’t show up after purchasing them in the customization store. Sometimes they show in in the store but not once you leave and the faces aren’t showing up at all.
