Steps to Reproduce
- Place a decal; scale it vertically down to its smallest size (2 studs).
- Try to place another decal of the same size directly above or below the first decal with no space in between the two, but without any colliding as well. You will find that it is impossible, even when there is seemingly enough space to do so, and when collisions are disabled.
Explanation
Decal collisions vertically extend beyond the decals themselves when the decal is at its smallest size (2 studs). This prevents the placing of decals directly "on top" of or "below" one another, which makes using them as smaller details in a build much more difficult. This is definitely a bug, as it worked fine before; you can see an example of an instance of decal placement previously working above the curtain to the right in my video. Two decals directly touch one another (the cornice and overdoor decoration), which is now impossible, but wasn't impossible before. Thank you.
