Steps to Reproduce

1. On permission settings, turn off Access Display Items
2. Enable Take Food

Explanation

On the permission settings, food on the Cake Stand is able to be accessed despite the “Access Display Items” being turned off. The “Take Food” option being enabled makes the Access Display Items option to not work.

I own a restaurant, my cake stands are ONLY for display, but food on the actual tables are meant to be eaten which is why Take Food is enabled. But because the Take Food option voids the Access Display Items, my food keeps getting stolen.
