Plot Loading Error and Player Stuck in Spawn Box

Steps to Reproduce

1. Join Bloxburg.
2. Spawn a plot that is able to load.
3. Grab your phone, open the ''my plot'' app and click on ''my plots''.
4. Click on the plot that is not loading the item.
5. thaGet the pop-upt says that an item cannot be loaded.
6. Click on the ''no'' button instead of the ''yes'' button when it asks if you want to load the plot anyway.
7. After this you get spawned in the gray box, the overview of your plots should still be open.
8. Click on the ''X'' in the upper right corner of the pop-up.
9. Now you're stuck in the box, re-open the phone and once again go to your ''my plot'' app.
10. You'll now get a screen that says ''NO PLOT'', you are not able to click on anything within' that frame.
11. After this, go to the ''work'' app and choose a job to get out of the gray box.
12. Re-open the phone and once again go to the ''my plot'' app.
13. You still can't spawn a plot after this, which in the end has to result in the player rejoining the game.
14. Other bug: When shiftlock enabled, the player is not able to sprint or change their speed, only when turning it off they can change the speed.

Explanation

Hello,

I reported a bug through Instagram because the game said to contact through social media but it's been a week and i have not heard anything back. I decided to look at you guys' twitter account and there i saw this link! These bugs happened in the previous update and still persist in 1.24.0. I have added screenshots, steps on how to recreate it and a video made on my phone (somehow recording it through Roblox's film feature somehow fixed it for a short while?? But the issue still exists if i rejoin and film it outside of roblox's recording feature).

The bug i am reporting is regarding an item that won't load on a plot and then traps me in the gray box you spawn into when you join the game. I explained it all in the Instagram messages which i will copy paste right here:

Hi, the game told me to go find you guys' social media when reporting a bug. Well, i've found multiple now when trying to submit one! First issue: when trying to spawn one of my plots, it says an item won't load. When pressing on ''no'', it brings me to an error pop up. This keeps happening after trying multiple times. Second issue: when getting this error and not loading another plot, the player gets stuck in the gray spawn box that you spawn into when you open the game. When pressing the ''X'' in the corner of the ''choose a plot'' screen, the player is unable to get out unless they go to work. The player is also unable to load any plot afterwards, which results in the player having to rejoin. And lastly third: In the support pop up telling to check the description of the game for the socials of the bloxburg team, it states that the socials will be in the description, meanwhile this is not accurate.

I also think sprinting/ going faster than the walking speed is bugged, when having ''shiftlock'' on, you can't sprint, only when you turn it off. I don't know if that was meant to be the feature but i did not see it in the update notes that you have to turn it off for sprinting to work.

I will attach the screenshots i send via Instagram in here too. I think for the future with the bug reporting pop-up that it may be smart to link this website as a way to report bugs, this way reports send through social media (what is stated in the pop-up) won't be lost or result in confusion. Not everyone has Twitter to check where you can report bugs, because when looking at you guys' other social media, Twitter is the only place that has a link for bug reports. It also is not stated in the description of the game.

I really hope these bugs can be looked at and maybe fixed soon! Thanks so much for making Bloxburg a fun game to play.
