Steps to Reproduce

1. Select a poster from the decorate section
2. Attempt to select it, but it seems to be impossible

Explanation

Hello!

It seems that whenever I try to use posters, it glitches. For example, I tried placing one on a plot, and it kept getting stuck in places I did not want to place it. When I tried to select it to delete it, it would not allow me. This also happened on a plot I bulldozed.
