Steps to Reproduce

1. It just wont open, I have no idea what causes this.
2. For me its on plot number 5.

Explanation

I found a bug in which the barrier gate (unlocks at taxi lvl 8) wont open on specific plot (for me its plot number 5) the bills are paid, the gate is turned on but no matter what it just wont open. Different people tired and nothing.
