Steps to Reproduce

1. * It is random
2. Equip poster
3. Move camera
4. Poster stops moving
5. Click cancel

Explanation

I've noticed a bug recently where whenever I try to place a poster, it'll occasionally stops moving. I click cancel to try again & it then places the poster even though I never accepted the placement. It is not deletable & does not go away when swapping plots and can only be fixed by rejoining the game.
