Steps to Reproduce

1. Join Welcome to Bloxburg.
2. Claim or load a plot.
3. Click "Change Name".
4. The message "Due to your safety settings, you cannot change your plot name." appears immediately.
5. The name input box never opens.

Explanation

I found a bug that only affects my Roblox account.

Whenever I click "Change Name" on my plot, I immediately get this message:

"Due to your safety settings, you cannot change your plot name."

The name input window never appears.

I have already tested the following:

• Build Mode works normally.
• I can rename outfits successfully.
• My Roblox account age group is 18–20.
• I do not have parental controls enabled.
• Other Roblox accounts can rename plots normally on the same PC.
• My Roblox account still has this issue on a different PC.

This issue only affects changing the plot name.

My friend uses Roblox VNG and can rename plots normally.
Only my Roblox account is affected.
