Steps to Reproduce

1. No exact reproduction steps and occurs at random

Explanation

Items fail to load while building, such as flags, roofs, encounters a ServerScriptService error, items do not return back nor does it auto refund despite rejoins. No other user had access to my account nor built on my plot.
