Steps to Reproduce

1. Go in build mode.
2. Put basements.
3. Try building rooms in the basement and see how a gray wall blocks the area.

Explanation

I can’t build anywhere in my basement. I put my elevator but a wall that I didn’t place is blocking it and when I try building more gray walls I didn’t put are blocking it too.
