Steps to Reproduce

1. get in vehicle
2. get out of vehicle
3. get back in
4. it respawns you

Explanation

every time i use a vehicle to drive somewhere, if i accidentally hop out of it by accident and the timer pops up above the vehicle, i get back on it respawns me, if i leave it somewhere it does it again, but sometimes if i park it, it dosent do it. but sometimes it does, also, with the parade/festival where the balloon stand is, if you buy a balloon it does the same respawn.
