Unable to plant more than 13 Leafy Trees

Steps to Reproduce

1. Place gardening boxes
2. Plant the trees
3. Once you get to 13 it doesn't work

Explanation

I am currently attempting to level up my gardening skill since every good tree is locked behind a level (which is genuinely absurd if I might add, lock the flowers if u guys want realistic gardening, not the trees.) and while doing so it stopped allowing me to plant them. Specifically 13 trees were planted before I was unable to plant more. The Leafy Tree is the specific tree I was using.
