Steps to Reproduce

1. Placed quite a lot of plants for the landscaping of the building
2. Received 'placement failed' for the plants
3. Tried placing objects other than plants on the ground
4. Checked whether hitting the plot limit or not
5. Found that other objects were placeable, assuming it's a bug

Explanation

I can't load my plot without removing my items from the specific conditions from the error, it starts with unable to place down the plants to ask me to remove my items after restarting the game
