Explanation

I recently reported a bug about a duping glitch that can happen sometimes out of nowhere, but there is apparently another bug or glitch that will happen randomley where items when being moved are stuck in place and can't be moved or deleted, sometimes it ends up in random areas and even those where it's not able to be placed.
