Steps to Reproduce

1. Sent them messages and received no response.
2. In the image, sent 18 messages and they didn't reply to any of them.

Explanation

Hello! I'm sorry to bother you again, but I wanted to follow up on my ban appeal. A few days ago, I was told that it would be possible to remove my ban by deleting the lot that caused it. I replied to the ticket, but I haven't received any response since then.

I completely understand that the team may be busy. I'm just hoping for an update or a final decision when possible. I'm willing to have the lot deleted if that's what is required. Thank you for your time, and I appreciate your help.
