Steps to Reproduce

1. I wasn't able to record or screenshot multiple instances of this bug, but this happened after rejoining the game three separate times.
2. (All different servers)

Explanation

The premium Plot Selection map UI is getting stuck after selecting the plot, for about 60 seconds. After this, the UI appears above the map when looking upward. (See attached recording)
