Scaling Controls Disappear Behind Objects in Build Mode

Steps to Reproduce

1. Attach an image below, one with a transparent cube that allows you to see the controls, and one with a solid cube which doesn't allow that.
2. For builders who are working on larger projects with a lot of parts being able to actually see the controls when working in tight spaces would be a huge help.

Explanation

Difficult to use scale controls from new build mode system. Essentially, when scaling structures, the dots that you use to scale (on pc) can kind of disappear into other objects. It makes it difficult to use, and I feel it would be beneficial if they just persisted through objects, like you can see them even if they are in the middle of a cube.
