Resize Tool Visibility Issue in Build Mode

Steps to Reproduce

1. Resize an object near or in a corner
2. Resize an object in a big object

Explanation

In the new build mode update, the resize tool does not show through objects (applies to everything), not like it used to. I'm playing on a mobile device I don't know if this is also a problem on other devices.
