Decals and Materials Not Displaying Correctly in Build Mode

Steps to Reproduce
- Go to materials in the coloring option on build mode
- Click horizontal planks (For me it only shows a wood texture, not the planks.)
- Place picture frame on wall
- Go out of build mode to change it (For me it is either invisible for decals or fully white for framed pictures)
Explanation
My decals and some materials have not been working for over a week, ive tried different graphic settings and allowed time to load and nothing has worked. I really want to know how to fix this as decals are a big detail for my home that i am missing.
