Steps to Reproduce

1. Make a decal using roblox studio
2. Try to set it to a frame object in bloxburg

Explanation

Decals made after today's update don't seem to work properly. They are visible everywhere where it is possible to see them just not in game, I tried reseting the game, my pc, switching servers and uploading the decals from an another account but none seem to work. (for clearance: the decal files are PNG's, I tried looking at them from a diffrent account but they are still not visible, I include one of the decals I made for you to check)
