Mansard Roofs Disappear and In-game Currency Resets on Return

Steps to Reproduce

1. place mansard roof
2. save changes and leave game
3. rejoin game
4. popup comes up saying its unable to load my roofs

Explanation

Mansard roof keeps disappearing every time I build them and then return to the game (when I load my plot it gives me a popup saying that my roofs are unable to load) my money is also gone that i used to buy them with

(as you can see in video provided, i had 125.9k before purchace, and when i come back to it being gone my money is still gone at 125.7k)
