Flared Mansard Roof Won't Load When Placed Near Wall

Steps to Reproduce

1. tried placing flared mansard roof
2. could only place without walls near it
3. delete wall
4. place roof
5. add wall after no issue
6. left the game
7. join back and load plot
8. comes up with a pop up saying unable to load flared mansard roof and will be permanently deleted
9. re-did them
10. kept showing every time I joined back

Explanation

Every time I place the flared mansard roof it won’t allow me to place it with a wall so I delete the wall place it back after but if I rejoin it will say unable to load roof every time. (I also have advanced placement so that shouldnt be the issue)
