Steps to Reproduce

1. Select any item in your inventory
2. Spam left click on it
3. Close the inventory
4. Open the inventory, the item should be gone.

Explanation

Spamming left click on an item in your inventory and closing the inventory will completely get rid of the item. The item will not drop on the floor or anything, it will just completely disappear.
