Steps to Reproduce

1. Obtain IR helmet or gear
2. Drop it from your inventory

Explanation

Dropping any gear as it relates to IR armor will have a white torso, head, legs, or any body part depending on what you drop. Also appears on your body when equipped, but that was mentioned in an earlier bug report.
