Steps to Reproduce

1. Obtain the sling
2. Equip it
3. If you didn't see the phenomena, re-equip the item.

Explanation

When equipping the sling item, the circle that marks where you will use the item moves to your camera before going back to your cursor. There is nothing in the console that can explain this.
