Steps to Reproduce

1. Get in the drivers seat of a response unit
2. Drive off of a cliff

Explanation

Getting in a crash that flips the vehicle over will sometimes kick you out of the vehicle and outstretch your arms and fling you. This is not guaranteed and works best in the response unit vehicle.
