Steps to Reproduce
- Open up the tribal menu
- Scroll up and down to see the flag glitching with UI
Explanation
When looking at any aspect of the tribal menu that refers to the flag, it will glitch and warp with other parts of the UI around it.
The first patch for this bug fixed hardcore glitching, but still this bug remains in a more minor form.
