Steps to Reproduce

  1. Equip any weapon that affects your FOV upon aiming
  2. Zoom in
  3. Unequip the weapon while zoomed in

Explanation

Aiming in with any weapon that affects your FOV and unequipping the weapon while aimed in will keep your FOV at the zoomed in amount. This cannot be reversed until death.
May need to spam the aim for a more concrete result.
