Menu Button Always Opens Map Even When Menu is Open

Steps to Reproduce

1. You open the menu
2. You go to like player or any other tab then Map
3. Click on that menu button again in the bottom right

Explanation

Menu/map button in bottom left will always go to the map even if the menu is already open.

Expected behaviour:
For the menu to close no matter what tab you are on

(Also might be nice for it to remember what page you left off on, e.g clicking off on players and then opening it back up again will result in it still being left on players)
