Steps to Reproduce

1. Get on the bike vehicle (easier to trigger)
2. Drive recklessly, to where your player will touch terrain
3. If done correctly, your screen will shake and you wont be able to get up.

Explanation

Whenever crashing and getting ragdolled, you have continuous movement and you don't stop moving in ragdoll state. Because of this, the game thinks you are still moving, so it doesn't let you get up, resulting in a constant ragdoll. This doesn't fix until you die.
