Steps to Reproduce

1. Spawn as Survivor
2. Go to Tribe menu
3. Ensure you're not in a tribe
4. Create a Ghost Tribe with your username by spamming create + disband tribe without name field
5. Create another tribe without name field
6. Both tribes exist with the same name

Explanation

Ghost tribes will bypass the tribe name locking system, as well as hashtags (if the tribe you are copying has tags for a name)
