Steps to Reproduce

  1. Spawn on Survivor
  2. Create a Tribe
  3. Name the tribe after an existing tribe e.g: 'KA'RENACIDO'
  4. Hit Save Changes

Explanation

'A tribe with that name already exists' error does not display while modifying an existing tribe's name, only when creating one.
